I believe I have some fans of my street corner hard knocked sermonizing-- VA van drivers-- or perhaps it's that I make the long drive less boring >.< I have it on excellent authority that VA van drivers have a bias in favor of the veterans they transport, and are therefore predisposed to pleasant interpersonal interactions irrespective of subject matter. Which is to say, they are just being nice to you because they are good people who care.
