Longest Battery Life Mobile?

I'm just about to upgrade my three year old Nokia 3310, my main criteria is
a long battery life. Any of the other bells and whistles will be a bonus..

I'd be grateful for any make and model suggestions (not flip
front)...although another Nokia would be nice

TIA

Taking you literally, you could get an older mobile phone as they have
massive battery packs available -3800mAh!!

http://www.baber.com/baber/cellular/nokia_cellular_battery.htm

However, I'm guessing you really want a smaller mobile with better battery
life as you seem to be suggesting a general upgrade rather than just a
battery life upgrade...

Older phones draw much more power
eg 2110 had to be recharged every day

That's easy, Nokia 6310i which has the lowest consumption, with the highest
standard battery capacity.
Also there's a 3000mAh Li-Ion battery available for it, giving a months standby

Ericsson 2628s goes on for two weeks, lots of function incl. WAP. Little
larger the current phone but less fiddly.
And you can get new / boxed for £20 in loot or on ebay if you are patient.

Martin

Just to digress slightly. Does anyone know of a source of Li-Poly
batteries for the 6310i. Looking for a 3rd party spare but want the
same as supplied with the phone, only cheaper. Not interested in Li-On
type that is used on earlier models like 6210 etc..

Nokia 6310i. The blurb reckons 17 days of standby. With an extended battery
could probably manage a month.

Seconded.

6600 owners:
Anyone have a "real world" battery life figure for us?
