IMHO after years of abuse you also need to start swimming (or somesuch),
every day if poss. I joined the local council pool, only £12 a month, and
worked up to 40 lengths at least 3 days a week. It's a *cunt* for the first
month then it eases off and you can start upping the speed. 'Course then I
binned the gixxer, went back just last week after 4 months off....and it's a
cunt all over again. <sigh>

The end result is greatly increased feelings of energy though.

Also, and Blaney taught me this one, if you cut out caffeine, and drink
*fresh* (as in freshly squeezed) fruit juice in the morning, it gives a
wake up rush similar to caffeine. I presume it's the fructose.

My problem is I adore coffee :)

Is there not good research that concludes E exposure does long term brain
damage by affecting the function of neurotransmitters at the synapses?

Then again we believed that taking vast amounts of Acid didn't do us any
long term harm either, and we're all entitled to our mistakes.

Tobacco - 50
Alcohol - 5
Coke / Heroine - 1
E - 0.001
Dope - 0.0001

With a note that numbers below 0.01 were below measurement confidence.

No, it turned out to be a load of crap. There's been a lot of research done,
most of the good research has show no measured effect, some of the bad
research has shown that about half the users in the country should be dead
by now.

Well, I know it's UKRM so I'd be quite within reason to post about
something I know nothing of, but yes and I've even had it by choice.

The basic point is E doesn't really do *that* much to you.

The numbers for coke/H are way out, or there's a secret store of very
fit medical H users [1]

I'd suggest it's based on total death figures, rather than percentage of
deaths per user.

[1] I have 1st hand experience of dealing with coke and H users, and the
death rates were stunning

That's as maybe, but I find the whole syrupy texture, smell,
alcohol/mouthwash overtones are heave-inducing, especially when coupled
with a bad night out on it.
