Reminds of the urban myth about the family that had been in the paths
of the German army in the Franco-Prussian and First World wars, moved
to the exact end of the earth: Guadalcanal. If this guy is as rich as
he seems to be, becomes an activist against the Nazis (a Jewish
activist) no matter where he goes one day the butler will come in and

Bahamas, etc. Living on my estate in a certain degree of safety and
spreading around my money and influence to make major infrastructure
improvements so the place turns out the way I like. Traveling to nice places
like Paris, Moscow, Rome, Berlin, but getting the hell out before each place
gets dicey.

Also, this jewish thing.  is this a fundamental change in our personality,

You have just moved to Palistine since the War,  OK thats 2003 100
billion in 1920 money [50-1? ie $2 bill?] [I forgot how badly our
Money has deteriated since we went off the Gold Standard]. Edge &
Problem, in OTL's '30s You would be wearing a Star, dealing with

1.    Move my base of operations to the US
2.    Start a resettlement program for European Jews to Palestine.  (Use my
money to buy off any politicians who object.)
3.    Hire Douglas MacArther (or someone similar) to take over as commander
of the Jewish Palestinian Self Defense Force.  (Fully integrated into the
British Commonwealth Command structure.)
4.    Fund development of tanks & aircraft based on my knowledge of what
were the best designs of WW2.
5.    Build a standing army of about 120K solders with a large reserve
force.  (I would encourage professional solders to emigrate in addition to
the European Jews.)
6.    Build up a sufficiently large military-industrial complex to be self
sufficient in terms of weapons production.
7.    Have the mustache (Hitler) whacked.  (Probably does not prevent WW2
from happening, but will change the time table.)
8.    Invite a bunch of Jewish Scientists to work on their atomic theories
in the new Jewish homeland.

It's 1922; the Nazi Party is a long, long way from power.  Hitler
didn't hitch his star to a rising party.  Rather, he seized a
half-assed party run by a befuddled locksmith and spent a decade
bringing to it substantive national power largely through his own
force of will.  If you rub out Hitler in 1922, the Nazi party simply
remains obscure, known only to those with a peculiar interest in
arcane German political history.

Hardly.  Germany circa 1930 was indeed ripe for seizure by a
totalitarian.  But most totalitarians lack Hitler's megalomaniacal
goals, his sheer audacity, and his skills.  Most totalitarians are
generally content to simply bleed their nation white while living the
high life and viciously guarding their power.  Say what you will about
nasties like Marcos or Castro or whatever despot du jour you like,
most simply aren't interested in invading other countries or
committing genocide except locally where it might be of political
interest to them.  Doesn't make them any nicer than Adolf, but it does
make them much less of a bitch to live next door to if you're, say, a
Pole, Ukrainian, or Dane.

Would giving Germany several very low [~1-2%] loans in 1922 help with
the payment of reperations.  Just how much was the total Germany was
suppose to pay.
Maybe investments in the Baltic States & Finland's Arms production may
make them more able to resist Stalin in '39.
I'd make Investments in Japan designed to Stenghten the
Anti-Militants. I'd also make investments in China to Stenghten the
anti-Communists,[with a side effect of preventing China  looking like
a target for Japan].
Just for the fun of it I'd fund the Cuban & Porto Rico Statehood
Parties.
I'd Fund Electronic Research, And Hire anyone Doing Atomic Research.
This would delay the whole nuculear thingy.
I'd put massive investment into De-saltation Techology.
In the Palistine I'd Buy large areas of the Sinai with the express
purpose of a new canal [100 miles south of todays OTL Isrial border].
It would be just a accident that all the dirt gets piled on the north
side making a wall for the eventual Isrial State. I'd put my new
De-salting plants along the new Canal and pump the the water over the
wall to Irrigate  the Sinai and provide land For Jewish settlement
without disturing exsisting populations. I'd also Dig a canal on the
Northern Border of Palistine [to allow Salt water into my De-Salting
Plants in the Golan Heights, of course]. It would just be accidental
[again] that all this dirt is piled on the South Bank. I'd also give
very low intrest loans to Palistinians who wish to buy land in Jordan
, and low intrest loans to Jews who wish to move to Palistine.  If I
cover this immigration  by hiring people for my Business, I'll be able
to sneak them past the British.

When ever you hold that great an amount of money you need to be more
specific.

Many great fortunes only remotely approaching this level had to do
with the generation of whole industries producing a specific good or
service, such as steel, railroads, automobiles, oil or minerals,
(later computers), etc.

Even completely diversified investments on the scale of national
economies could still potentially have a character of its own.

When you review the timelines, there is some to be said of the idea
that the Weimar Republic was relatively stable before the Great
Depression of the 1930s, and that Hitler was Germany's answer to the
worldwide Great Depression.

Fascism arose in Italy earlier on, and Hitler originated from pre-WWI
Austria-Hungary, and Bavaria after WWI.  With the post WWI
reparations, and then the initiation of the Great Depression, it seems
likely that more extreme elements might have been chosen in order to
deal with it.  Due to these earlier post WWI impositions, it would
seem that post-war resentment would be addressed by whatever elements
would arise in these circumstances as well.

Probably, the net result of getting rid of Hitler earlier (WWI or
early 1920s), rather than later (early worldwide Great Depression
era), might have been a more militarist pragmatic Fascist type
government.  No prevention of WWII, however, with a leader basing less
of his actions on something on the order of 'pan-Nordic' types of
principles, he might have had less of a propensity for gradually
discontinuing the Battle of Britain, against what in his mind was a
'pseudo-Aryan' people and underestimating the resolve of Winston
Churchill, and not finishing the situation until it was more
completely resolved, and he might have had less of a propensity for
attacking the USSR without better preparations.

Net results:  1: less of a 'Final Solution', 2: a more severe WWII.

If the Axis had been able to win in Eurasia, but at the same time
Germany was ruled by a more pragmatic militarist, it might have been
that the 'Final Solution', still partially derived from more rightist
elements within the ATL Fascist aligned parties, would have been less
severe, but longer lived.

Net result:  no modern Israel.

HIGHLY unlikely.  Hitler's cult of personality made him both popular and
feared within his own population and around the world.  He possessed such
strong charismatic characteristics both in his mannerisms and speech that it
would be very difficult to find many others in history with that same kind
of charisma.
