Yesterday's USA Today had a poll on favourite and least favoured sports
according to an American viewing audience.  Among the top five were the
obvious, pro and college football, pro and college basketball, and major
league baseball.

Low down on the list were pro and college wrestling, etc.

Hockey came in as 40th favourite and 14th most hated.

I'm curious too see what the middle of this list looked like!

     Well, that just goes to show you how ignorant and close-minded the
American viewing public is. I used to not like hockey at all. Then I went to a
game. Now I like it so much, I've started playing in an amateur league
downtown.
