The New Zealand-Bombay match was delayed due to a heavy outfield
from overnight rain. New Zealand are batting after having been
put in by Bombay.

The Zimbabwe-South Africa one-off test starts at the Harare Sports
Club ground tomorrow. Zimbabwe seem to be on top of their game,
high on confidence after their innings and 64 run defeat of Pakistan
earlier this year. Still, the match-up is being regarded as the
proverbial big brother-little brother one in some quarters. The
hosts have the advantage of having played first class cricket for
the past one month, due to their earlier season start, unlike the
South Africans who, except for Donald, Cronje and Cullinan would be
coming off a 5 month winter break. On a typically flat pitch, the
match promises to be a grim but absorbing affair, with the Zimbabwe
top four batsmen, the Flower brothers, Campbell and Houghton
fighting it out against the South African pace quartet, arguably
the world's best currently, resurgent with the return of the pacy
left-armer Brett Schultz. Look to Streak providing a few early
strikes too...
