Adding someone to the list.
-----------------------------------------------------------
To be listed I require an e-mail address and a name to go with that
address. The name can be either a person or an organization/business.
In addition, please indicate which category the listing should be
placed under.
There are also a number of optional pieces of information that can be
included. They are as follows:
Organization/Contact - This field is where a company name or a contact
name withing a company can be listed. Really the role it takes
depends on whether the required name is of a person or a organization.
Snail address - These 4 fields each make up a line in a postal mailing
address.
Phone number - Another 4 fields for 2 telephone numbers and a 10
character description of them (eg Voice, Fax, etc.) Phone numbers
should include the international country code and local routing
information. For US, Canadian and certain Caribean numbers this means
formatting as follows: +1-xxx-yyy-yyyy where the 1 is the country
code, xxx is the area code or "local routing information" and yyy-yyyy
is the local number.
URL - A field storing the address to a home page for the listed
entity.
Secondary e-mail address - If a second e-mail address exists, it can
be listed in this field.
Description - A description of what the listed entity does. Eg
drummer for a band, concert lighting.
