I just saw them a week or so ago, and they were Fantastic!!!, as was
opener/tour-mates Switchfoot (who's new album is wonderful!)

What? I missed the Smalltown Poets?  That's cool that it wasn't
advertised anywhere.  And sure, we could meet there, but I'm sure it'll be very loud

Oh man, where could I start...

1. Bad jokes (I mean not funny at all, not funny bad)
2. A reference to the show South Park - somehow I just don't find a child
dying every week (even on a cartoon)funny.
3. An implied swear word. Again not funny or needed.
4. The STUPID Star Trek theme. Poorly done and not funny or interesting.

I could go on. I have their CD's and like them. I think they are funny
sometimes (These are not my pants) but I will say it again: FIF sucked on
the Skamania tour!
The Insyderz opened and blew them away.

Well, since Steve hasn't checked in, I'll give my opinions:

MF & Allowishus - local band opened the show.  Not too bad, but then
again, I know the drummer.

Smiley Kids - all right, little hard to follow their music since I
wasn't familiar with them and don't know the lyrics

MU330 - didn't care for them at all

Switchfoot rocked.  That's all I have to say about that.

FiF - didn't take the stage until 11:30pm.  I only caught there first
song.  I had to go home and go to bed (morning classes).  Steve will
have to fill you in on this one.

<rant>
What's with the loud music?  You know, if they didn't play so loud, and
you could actually hear the lyrics, they wouldn't have to tell you what
every song is about.  I've never understood the point of drowning out
the singer.
