In the Sept. 24-30 T.V. Guide titled "What's New On Your Favorite Series",
there is an article about the Defiant. It talks about how the Defiant
will have a *Romulan* cloaking device and that it is the most powerful
ship in Starfleet. Zimmerman says that it will also have an
as-yet-unmamed four-person microship. It also states that they are
changing Sisko's "image". They're going to write him more into the plot
so he's in more action. Also in some new episodes of DS9:

  Quark marries a Klingon.
  Odo finds his shape-shifting family.
  and Kira discovers that she could be a programmed Cardassian spy.

They also show a picture of the Defiant, the inside of it, and Sisko
sitting on the bridge. (It looks like he may be wearing a new
communicator pin.)
