Actually Dr.Who is a BBC copyrighted so it wouldn't be any conflict on Fox's part since they are not going to make a new series anyway. The crossover is going to happen next year. As fo rpeople who want Voyager cancelled. There is going to be a FOX/BBC Dr. Who series this fall. Count on it.
There is not going to be a Dr.Who/Voyager crossover. Dont count on it.

After watching StarTrek for pert near 30 years (since 1966) I have
stopped watching in discust. DS9 and ST:V should be canceled and
the whole concept given a rest for about 10 years then try again. All
of the writers for these two should be shot and Berman or whatever
should be taken up on the next shuttle and spaced.
