Non-BBC websites

Patterned after the fictional websites set up by the BBC, some fans
have set up their own websites tying into the series. These sites are
not featured or referred to in the programme and are not sanctioned by
the BBC. These include:

[edit] Flydale North

http://www.flydale-north.org.uk/ - the website for Flydale North, the
fictional constituency of MP Harriet Jones from Aliens of London and
World War Three, and who is Prime Minister in The Christmas Invasion.

[edit] Cybus Corporation

http://www.cybuscorporation.com/ - the website for the Cybus
Corporation. The corporation plays a major role in the 2006 series'
two-part story featuring the Cybermen. The password for the
"restricted files" area is "delete" (the old password was "nemesis").
The home page currently has a notice stating that upgrading and
updating to Cybus Corporation.2 is in progress. The old site can still
be accessed.

[edit] Powell Estate Tenants and Residents Association

http://www.powellestate.org.uk/ - the website for the Powell Estate
Tenants and Residents Association. Rose Tyler, her mother Jackie and
Mickey live on the Powell Estate and several scenes and episodes have
been set there. The site includes photos of a BBC film crew at work
filming Doctor Who, however in the fiction of the site, they are said
to be filming scenes for a new BBC series entitled Time War starring
Paul McGann (who played the Eighth Doctor), set in the "fictional
Brandon Estate" (the real location of the Powell Estate).

[edit] Vote Saxon

http://www.votesaxon.org.uk/ - the website based on the campaign for
electing Mr. Saxon as Prime Minister. It also contains a link to
LazLabs, linked with upcoming episode "The Lazarus Experiment". The
domain appears to be registered to a San Francisco brand protection
company.

http://www.votesaxon.co.nr/ - Another website based on the campaign
for electing Mr. Saxon as Prime Minister. This one contains documents
apparently removed and under investigation by UNIT. Or a fan site, the
BBC do not typically use Nauru free redirection to a site, but rather
use British domains directly.

[edit] LazLabs

http://www.lazlabs.co.uk - The official website for LazLabs, the
laboratory of Professor Lazarus, as featured in the episode The
Lazarus Experiment, starring Mark Gatiss as Professor Lazarus. The
website advertises the press conference at which Lazarus will reveal
his "greatest achievement". It is quoted to say that "this event is
now oversubscribed, however for those unable to attend in person there
will be full media coverage of the proceedings on BBC1, Saturday
05.05.07 from 7pm." (This date reflects the broadcast date and time of
the episode).

I hope that idiot "My Own Word's" who insisted the Saxon site was official
BBC is now "Eating his Own Words"
