Yeah, it's all just the author's fantasy, but it's all still possible.
Actually, I think I could believe the part about a 5th gate at WDW over
the buyout of other parks.  I just do not see Disney buying existing
"amusement parks" and trying to concert them any more than I see them
even considering owning small "mini-Disney Worlds" in other regions.  If
anything, I could see them sort of "franchising" like they did with TDL/TDS.
