Hilas also said he watched as Graner and
others sodomized a detainee with a phosphoric light.

"They tied him to the bed," Hilas said.
Graner's attorney, Guy L. Womack,

did not return phone messages yesterday.

In previous interviews,
he has said that his client was following
the lead of military intelligence officers.
Mustafa Jassim Mustafa, detainee No. 150542,
told military investigators he also witnessed
the phosphoric-light assault.

He said it was around the time of Ramadan,
the holiest period of the Muslim year,
when he heard screams coming from a cell below.

Mustafa said he looked down to see a group of
soldiers holding the detainee down and sodomizing
him with the light.

Graner was sodomizing him
with the phosphoric light,

Mustafa said.
The detainee "was screaming for help.

There was another tall white
man who was with Graner --

he was helping him.

There was also a white female soldier,
short, she was taking pictures."

It's just the logic of the US policy

What can you exspect from a country with it's political leader using a
rhetoric that remembers me at the genocide of the native Americans.

"Smoke them out and keep them running..."

Bush created an athmospere of hate, anger and fear.
He created an athmosphere of "black and white". America per definition
is good and who is not with America is against it.

In my opinion at the moment everything seems just, if it could protect
America or give some advantage. This includes humilation, systematic
abuse, torture, kidnapping.
If there would be no graphical proof everything could have been
denied. And eaven with this proof it is downscaled to the "Misdoing of
7-14 soldiers".

This government could lie America into a war and keep in power when
all the reasons for the war vanished. Do you really think they care
for human rights of Iraquis?

It all looks a bit like the NAZI regime. Before the began murdering in
large scale and doing genocide there was torture, abuse, kidnapping
and humilating of political enemies and jews.
No one really did care.

America for sure made a great decline under Bushs reign.
Politicallyand morally.
