I'm helping someone who has a Radio Shack Daisy Wheel Printer II, which looks
to me a whole lot like Diablo made it. Here is the problem: He has no
docs for it, and it skips a line when its printing. Is there an escape
sequence that will fix this? The local Shack was not forthcoming with
help and/or Docs. He has not been able to supress linefeeds on his CP/M-
based software.
Thanks,

Shawn

Basically, you need to turn off or disable the Line Feed characters
    being sent to the printer.

If your using a Tandy MSDOS machine, you can use LF.COM to setup for
runninmg MODE.COM (MODE LFOFF) which will turn off the Line Feeds being
sent to the printer. Tandy's MSDOS version 3.3 had both LF and MODE on
    their distribution disks.

If your using something else the MODE command may allow you to perform
    this job directly.

The Tandy LF.COM program works under DOS 5.0 if you use SETVER first. The
old MODE.COM program also works OK under DOS 5.0 too (with SETVER).

    I hope this helps.

"You were in the Clone Wars!", said Luke excitedly.
"Yes", replied Obi Wan, "I was a DOS programmer. But that was before the dark
 times, before OS2."
