Gentlemen, The most important question is "how can we reproduce this crash?" If you cannot determine the circumstances, we _might_ be able to extract that from the core file. If you know how to generate a stack trace (where command in dbx/gdb), that is as good as the whole core file in most cases and saves net bandwidth. Please followup to pine-bugs@cac.washington.edu.
