(ES problem?) new posts that i can read on NovaBBS are not appearing in TB.

For 2 weeks or so... i've been noticing that
(in Sci.Lang, AUE (alt.usage.english), Rec.Puzzles, etc.)

TB's (or ES's) cross-posting Restriction must have changed because
now i can Xpost to 4 groups.

This time, i did it mainly for testing...
just 3 or 4 weeks ago, the max. for TB (ES) was 3 Groups.
