Hello, I'm trying to get gnuplot working under Solaris 2.5.1 with a Sun Ultra. I've downloaded gnuplot 3.4 and can't get the X11 support to compile. I can build "make gnuplot" with the "makefile.unx" makefile. However I can not build the "make sun_x11" or "make sun". (They had the same problem as below, missing the install.sh script) If I try to use the makefile generated by "configure" then I get the following: mikeh> make /bin/sh config.status --recheck loading cache ./config.cache checking for gcc... gcc checking whether we are using GNU C... yes checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../.. make: *** [config.status] Error 1 mikeh> If anyone has any clues as to what is wrong, please email or post your ideas. Thanks... -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- Mike Harrelson harrelson@reticular.com A mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
