Where can i download the II-GS System (the operating system like mac) version in .DSK (NOT from www.apple.com, these aren't in .DSK format!!!) ???? (if you can, send me via e-mail... thank you!) Hello (ciao in italian), Luca.

They are not available in .DSK format because GS/OS (the IIgs operating system) ships on 3.5" disks only and .DSK is 140kB only. (With one notable exception.) Apple's FTP site carries GS/OS as DiskCopy images and, I think, ShrinkIt archives. - henrik

The ShrinkIt archives were simplity itself to extract using Executor, the Mac emulator from Ardi. From the Executor desktop I merely opened the folder for the Win 95 directory containing the ShrinkIt archives and then clicked... well, double clicked... each one and the job was done. You'll have to convert the resulting files to .2MG format, but that's not hard. I actually bought Executor 2.0 (OK, OK... I licensed it), but you can easily download & use the 10 minute demo for this purpose. You don't have to use DOS if you don't want to, either... Executor is also available in a Linux version. If you do not like Executor, that's OK, I don't need for you to agree with me, but I neither need nor wish to hear about it. Larry -- Larry A.
