The SQL-3 draft documents contain the SQL-92 standard. ISO policies restrict electronic distribution of draft documents to the participants in the standardization process. ANSI X3H2 (the US SQL standards committee) is of the opinion that the drafts need to be widly available to enhance review, comment, etc. However, until the ISO policies change, the draft documents are likely to remain unavailable electronically. The documents at gatekeeper.dec.com are at least 9 months out of date. They are left over from when the SQL editor (Jim Melton) worked for Digital. ISO does have a Web page at: http://www.iso.ch I don't think anything is available on cd-rom. Keith Hare JCC Consultng, Inc. (http://www.jcc.com) Member, ANSI X3H2 -- the US SQL standards committee.
