Dear Netters: ( Urgent please!)

I am looking for an FTP site where you can get the code
for STATIC HUFFMANN ALGORITHM' FOR A UNIX ( CONVEX C220)
MACHINE.

In many of the FTP sites (from FAQ)that I had searched, I could find
the code for 'Adaptive ( DYNAMIC ) Huffmann Algorithm' only
(e.g.) lharc codes....


I will be extremely thankful if you can REPLY TO ME BY
E_MAIL   about the FTP site or any other pertinent info.
