Hi, get the birdisba.mpg file in: ftp 130.231.240.17 in pub/mpeg and have a look at it. Use the win3.x MPEGXING.LZH player for display. I figured out, that the quality of the encoding depends on the luminace and contrast of the supplied pictures. If you give the pictures more brightness and less contrast, they seem to have less artfacts.
