  Dear friends,

 I am a graduate student in Univ. of Maryland  working on Time Delay Neural
Nets for Phoneme Recognition.
 We have got a copy of GRADSIM program through ftp recently and currently
we are trying to use it in our work.
 Since we had some problems is using this program specially in implementing
delays, we will highly appreciate "any information" from anybody who has used
this program to help us.   Thanking you in advance.
