[NSW] Repeaters on Quaker's Hill -- Marayong

On both lines, there are these wierd signals with "RPTR" (or similar) on them, i think, which i take to mean repeater. They are triangular in shape with 2 line of lights: one horizontal along the base of the triangle and another vertical along the vertical side of the triangle. What do the indications on these represent? M.
