In this uncredited opinion piece http://www.dailytelegraph.news.com.au/story/0,20281,17624545-5001030,00.html the daily telegraph expressed concern over the bail granted to Andrew Sanders when he appeared in court yesterday. On the front page article there is the comment "The decision by Magistrate Ian McRae comes less than a week after the State Government rushed through new laws to stop rioters getting bail." Well, it's true that it does, but the facts alleged in court simply do not meet the requirements before the presumption of bail is reversed under the revised Bail Act. If the magistrate had not granted bail, then I'm sure Sanders would have appealed, with a good chance of success. Sylvia.

They have changable filters for dealing with different hazards. It's effective, but no way could it be described as comfortable. No one in their right mind would use one for the purposes of disguise. It's disturbing that the police would try to claim otherwise. Sylvia.
