Picture this, happened to me today

Travelling along the Western R Road @100.99km/h here in Vic. following a
Peugeot 307 Wagonoid [prob. a bit close]

Come up to the PascoeVale Road tunnel and the 307 brake lights come on, i
jump on the anchors otherwise we are going to touch......

Alas its a Frog thing, its the tail lights and not the brake lights, and
they come on automatically due to the dark tunnel

Prick of an idea.....

The guy might have turned his headlights on in the tunnel, which is
common and often a good idea.

And I ought to point out that the guy in front of you has no obligation
to travel fast enough to prevent you from hitting him. You need to
leave enough space that he can brake without fear.

No, the Peugeot and sister company Citroen, up market range, have both auto
lights and auto wipers feature...

auto position.

Nah, you just drive too close, does this happen whenever normal drivers see
tail lights turned on? Maybe we need diferent colour tail and brake lights
for "special" people like you.

Towbar sticking out the bum would be the nicest feature on your Magna.

Coming from someone who drives on 110,000km worn tyres. I'd be choosing
safety over savings thanks.

The Auto lights you can switch off. The auto wipers feature basically
replaces the intermittant mode. If you don't want the auto wipers, then
have the wipers off, or set the wipers to one of the fixed speeds.
