The stud pattern on Ford Falcons/ Fairlanes is the same I belive it has been the same pattern since the 1960's till current. So you shouldnt have any problems fitting the wheels to your Falcon. :) The only thing you need to worry about is the wheel offset, some of the older ford rims ( such as 12 slotters) were a deep dish 7 inch rim, so fitting it to a newer falcon the rim/tyre would stick out from the guard and the whole thing looks a bit off centre. hope this helps.
