He might want to check his car insurance...I was reading through my
policy the other day and had a few laughs.  Among other things, it
specifically EXCLUDES medical payments coverage for injuries caused by,
and I quote:

"discharge of a nuclear weapon (even if accidental)"

Granted, the perp probably won't NEED medical payments covered, but...

(I'm serious...this isn't a joke.  My homeowner's also excludes missiles
and satellites!)
