Seems to be only Ctrl-Q in video output mode curses and ansi as of syncterms manual.

 Ni> What editor are you using?  In SlyEdit, in addition to Ctrl-Q, you can
 Ni> also type /q on an empty line and press enter to open the quote window
 Ni> (and you can press ESC to close it when you're done selecting lines to
 Ni> quote).
Ok, thats a workaround i did not know about yet. Thanks!

You can press Ctrl-L to list commands to see what's available.  Alternately, you can type /? on an empty line and press enter to list commands.
