I am running in to two issues running the current version of Mystic and I know
what I see because I have been writting both public domain and commercial
programs. I am using Windows 11.

1. While loged in as sysop I am trying to move files from the Window Unsorted
directory to the FidoNet mail processors and running in a file lock issue
because Mystic is not releasing the lock on the file after returning to the
main bbs menu. This was determine by looking at the system locked files.I
create a several different directories, move the old files over to the new
directory and re-imported the same files three times and it did not fix the
issue.

2. I think the year on the bbs should be a 4 digit number not 2.
