Our thoughts:

Lady J obviously has simian ancestors.  George Sulzbach actually has a monkey face painted toward the top (middle, in the background). There is also a brontosaurus up there.

Sulzbach has no grasp of anatomy.  The subject's left arm has an unusually elongated humerus but then the lower arm is heavily muscled.  Her right arm is stunted.  Her left shoulder is hunched in an impossible way.  Her chin comes to a point. 

There is a worm crawling on her forehead.  Her left eye appears to be at least an inch lower than her right eye and is rheumy.  Her eyebrows don't match.  She looks like she is pregnant.  Her left hand is huge and her right hand is tiny.  She appears to have stigmata. Her mouth extends almost from one ear to the other.  

How does one "paint" on a spiral bound piece of paper?  As Edward Rochester just stated, it is a hideous mutation.

painting. It was called The Pathetic Anal Pineapple Award. I don't know
if the painting itself would qualify but fiven the lifetime efforts by
