> No, he's referring to Vladimir Mayakovsky and his poem "An Extraordinary Adventure Which Befell Vladimir Mayakovksy In A Summer Cottage," in which the sun comes down from the sky and literally rolls into Mayakovksy's cottage to have tea. O'Hara name-checks Mayakovsky, so there's no question about that.
