Trees are blossoming, leaves are budding, grass is green, daffodils, tulips, magnolias, forsythia, etc., have been blooming for almost a month. By any traditional understanding of "Spring" (calendrical included) -- it's here. > Dandelions bloom in 60 degree weather. If the weather in Georgia is 65 degrees, and the dandelions have gone to seed, "Spring" has been around for several weeks -- regardless of the calendar date. I mentioned similar circumstances in this discussion last year.
