You could also place "of rockett and tomato" with
"rughetta and tomato" if you wanted to use the Italian
and impress the easily impressed ;)

(Although rughetta sounds so much nicer and works
well  with "mixture" in the preceding line too, so it does have
some poetic value too :)

 Tim  who can't find rughetta at
  any of his local supermarkets :(
